The Strategic Committee (COSTRAT)
The COSTRAT is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the GHT’s founding agreement, particularly the shared medical project. The Strategic Committee establishes a steering group tasked with proposing guidelines to the director of the support institution and the strategic committee regarding the management and execution of the pooling of functions and the shared medical project.
The Medical Commission of the Grouping (CMG)
The CMG is responsible for developing the medical strategy of the grouping and the shared medical project.
The Commission of Grouping User Representatives
The Commission of User Representatives of the GHT aims to make proposals for optimizing the care pathway and improving the reception and care policy for patients within the GHT. To this end, it reports any dysfunctions in patient care.
The Commission for Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Medico-technical Care (CSIRMT)
The CSIRMT fosters nursing reflection across the grouping territory. It participates in diagnosing the care offerings of the grouping, identifying patient care pathways, and organizing the gradation of care across the group’s sites.
The CSIRMT is responsible for developing the shared care project, in alignment with the shared medical project, as well as its implementation and evaluation.
The Territorial Committee of Local Elected Officials
The territorial committee of local elected officials evaluates and monitors the actions carried out by the grouping to ensure equal access to safe and quality care across the entire territory of the grouping.
The Territorial Conference of Social Dialogue
The territorial conference of social dialogue is informed of the mutualization projects, particularly those related to workforce planning, working conditions, and training policies within the hospital grouping.
